Refund Policy

• Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Unused items in original, undamaged packaging
• Items with all original tags and accessories included
• Items purchased directly from Y2KCulture

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Sale or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Email us at support@y2kculture.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@y2kculture.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in fulfilment. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
