We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days in the US and 7–14 business days internationally. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We review all return requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@y2kculture.com with your order number and a brief description and we will do our best to help. Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Email us at support@y2kculture.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Yes. Most products are designed to be plug-and-play with no tools required. LED strips come with 3M adhesive backing and clear instructions. Neon signs and projectors simply plug into a standard socket. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Our products come with universal power adapters (100–240V) compatible with US, UK, EU and AU plugs, so they work in most countries. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us and we will confirm before you order.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that they may already be in fulfilment. Contact us as soon as possible at support@y2kculture.com and we will do what we can.
